Transfers & Excursions
A member of staff is assigned to meet students as they enter the public area.
Students must arrive and depart on the travelling day (Sunday). The College requires at least three days written notice to arrange a transfer, thereafter a fee of £50 will be incurred.
There will be two complimentary transfers per travel day to/from Heathrow airport. For departures the coach will leave the Abbey College at 5.30am and 9am. For arrivals the coach will leave Heathrow at 1pm and 6pm. If these times do not fit in with your flights then please arrange your own transfer or contact the college for a private transfer. Students cannot arrive at the college later than 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £50 return for unaccompanied minors.
Students wishing to use this service should note that there may be a wait due to flight delays and the collection of other students, so some patience may be required.
Private collections can be arranged for an additional charge.
The college can arrange transfers to and from any other airport within the UK, at any time, for an additional charge - please see the enclosed documents for details. For all transfers at least three days written notice is required.
